This wine estate was founded in 1979 by Jean-Jacques Michael of Switzerland, and spans 100 acres across Dry Creek Valley planted in a crazy mix of 15 primarily Bordeaux-style varieties along with 400 olive trees. The Schlumberger family boasts 400 years of wine making in Alsace, France. When visiting you can choose from a casual property preview and tasting offered daily at 11am and 2pm, or a more extensive guided vineyard hike finished with a private wine tasting, custom tours or newly self-guided tours walks. Besides their wonderful wine there is also the fantastic beauty of their old Spanish mission building. The winery produces Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Syrah, and Zinfandel. The tasting room is open 11am to 6pm. All tours are by appointment only.

Yucatan born chef, Mateo Granados creates innovative Mexican cuisine. They are open Friday and Saturday 11am to 11pm, Sunday 11am to 10pm, Monday thru Thursday 11am to 10pm. They do brunch Saturday and Sunday 11am to 3pm.
